Do you match online prices with in-store prices?

We attempt to match our online prices to those in our store. However, online prices, product selection and availability, as well as sale effective dates, may differ from those in-store and may vary by geographic region.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on our website. Our sales staff can also process alternative payment methods manually, including cheques and online banking. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After it's shipped, the average delivery times are 2-5 business days within Canada.

 

Can you ship my order outside of Canada?

At the moment, we do not ship outside of Canada.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed because we began processing it immediately. For further inquiries, please contact us for details.

 

I have received notification that my order is out of stock. What happens next?

Your account will not be charged and the order has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you are interested in placing another order, please contact us for information on product availability.

 

What is the warranty period?

The warranty period is for 1 year from the date of purchase. Our limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

What is your return policy?

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 7 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.

  • Special order items
  • Products that have been built or configured according to your specifications

I have returned an item. When will I receive the credit?

You will receive a notification when your return is processed and any refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. The refund can take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement of account after we have received the item(s) you have returned.
